I do not understand the relevance of Mr. Couture's comment on parking which justifies a score of two out of five. You are giving a very severe opinion on something that the trade does not control. Give you a negative image of trade by your quote on parking and not on trade. Can we be relevant in the opinions and judge the service or the company's products to better orient future consumers.
