Very calming and relaxing experience, I spent all day at the spa, the way they use the space very smart... missing swings. Most of the staff were friendly*

The most amazing spa in Québec. A beautifully designed place. A heaven of peace and beauty. And so many baths and hot tubs and steam baths and all... and a lounge and café to relax with wine and cheese... and a view.

Very beautiful scenery, small pools,beautiful lake, good restaurant, lots of stairs for older people, .....and these ridiculous signs all over to be silent ?some people are really annals about not allowing you talking even in very low voice ??

Shower water pressure according to American standard. Not bad for to wash your hands. Takes a lot of time. Not suitable for showers.
Great new variety of saunas.
The smal pools leave the best. Jacuzzi jet pressure is very low to be desired. the old complimentary towels and bathrobes did not match the size of the price we had to pay.
Only panoramic views services and saunas made a good impression.
one visit is enough. there is no desire to return again.
If you have low spa requirements. Then you will like it.

Most of the saunas were closed when we were told everything was open, only 2 dry saunas open. 4 hour spa access package was too short and overpriced. The mandatory lunch was OK but not worth the price.
Highlight of the visit was my massage with Line 10/10!
