(August 12, 2021, 10:39 pm)I have done several martial arts in my life, but without feeling 100% in the right place. Since I discovered the Neo Gym and Dominic Garneau 3 years ago, I am falling for it! I fell in love with the "brazilian jiu-jutsu and Dominic is a great guy who teaches in a constructive and playful way. He is happy to see each student develop in his own way. The gang is great, it is very family like atmosphere and everyone leaves their ego aside to help others.
(August 10, 2021, 3:14 pm)The owner / coach is one of a kind. I've trained at multiple gyms before and paid personal trainers, but never have I ever got this quality of coaching. Group classes are amazing as well. Coaches as well as students are respectful and inclusive.
I recommend 100%.
