Super gym ‘’ old school’’. Le proprio est très sympathique.

My husband and I have been going to Athletica for a few years.
This is really a great gym, the facility is bright and clean with great equipment and a professional environment.
The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The rates are very affordable.
Alan, the owner is a great coach and a great person.
He wants to see you succeed and is very passionate.
We highly recommend this gym if you are in the area of the Eastern Townships.

Great little family run gym! I think they are going to expand. Once they do, they will have an even greater gym.

Fantastic small town gym. Owners and Employees care about their clientele, are super friendly, nice and helpful. Everyone I've met at the gym has also been friendly and supportive. Has all the equipment you need for a great workout. Highly recommended if you are in the area!
