Two days ago our internet connection was interrupted due to a reason out of Internexe's control. Unfortunately I made the situation worse by trying to fix it the way I used to with our old internet provider (with whom internet was very unreliable and a real pain). They helped me fix the issue promptly and had exceptional customer support, I highly recommend! Also, since we changed to Internexe a few months ago, internet has been great, no problems any more.

This revised post comes after Internexe contacted me about my previous (and now deleted) comments. Suffice it to say that any problems I experienced were dealt with courteously and efficiently. Jimmy was exceptional. If you live in rural Dunham, this is the IP for you.
