Fiona is very professional, attentive and respectful of her clients. I highly recommend it and I will return without hesitation. She knows how to put us at ease from the first moment.
Very professional sports massage. Very satisfied ! Greatly reduces muscle tension
Excellent massage therapist! Attentive, emphatic, caring. I highly recommend her :)
Fiona is truly gifted in her field. She is super friendly, conscientious, she holds several trainings and is concerned to offer a quality service adapted to your needs! I recommend her 1000%! 😍
The first massage that really made me feel good, especially the effects after and the next day!! I have a real progress in terms of muscle relaxation (which was hypertensive) and areas that had lost sensitivity (paraesthesia) I have a progression of sensation I believe. I feel scratched from the back but pleasantly, I feel relaxed!
I highly recommend his therapeutic massage, and explain your symptoms and pain to him.
P.S. before the sessions, I am on lyrica (pregabalin) started for 10 days. so my chronic nerve pain was anesthetized. Also the previous days (I regularly took anti-inflammatories and/or muscle relaxants (10 days) so when I arrived at the session I was not in crisis. But I felt the place where the nerves were anesthetized (sensation guili or ball of tickling (I don't know how to describe but it was just more painful but before starting the appointment it was therefore present, annoying, not painful with medication)
And this morning, maybe with the raqué effect too :) no more localizing sensation 😊 yeah! slept very well,
Opinion/advice: do not stop your medication as soon as it gets better on the first day, it is risky, when it gets better, it means the pain is under control but it does not mean that the original problem is settled (nerve damage, muscle restored, posture corrected) check with examination according to your condition at the risk that the pain comes back overnight (it happened to me with Lyrica, I stopped the other painkillers and 24 hours later I was in crisis 10/10)
