I gave myself retirement as a gift to me from me. For a weekend, this stay allows you to disconnect from your daily life to get in touch with what is essential to you. This retreat for me was a weekend of transformation which was done in the welcome and kindness of the whole group and also of our two wonderful hosts Jackie and Anne-Renée. A weekend of acceptance and healing of my suffering that I have been carrying for a very long time. I left with lots of tools to help me keep my peace and my serenity for a more joyful life.
