Clean salon, high quality of products, professional staff but very poor reception.

Franco is one of the best colorist ! He takes care of the hair, so it may take longer than normal to dye long hair. He always has a solution to satisfy the customer and reduce the risk of hair damage.

I called, explaining that I wanted someone to cut my thick, curly hair which had a growing-out keratin treatment at the bottom. The person on the phone, who turned out to be Franco, listened carefully and asked relevant questions. That already made a good impression on me. When I arrived, Franco looked at some photos I had and did a great interpretation. He's also really fun to talk to, and fluent in French, English and Spanish. Highly recommended!
