Guitares Julien Sublet

More than positive experience. I had my Godin Session electric guitar adjusted at Julien's. Adjustment of the neck, intonation, string height and readjustment of my electronics following a pickup change. My Godin no longer sounds the same. It has more punch and the notes vibrate longer. I did not know Julien but I know that my friendly luthier for the next 30 years is located in Limoilou near the Videotron center.

My music teacher let me play her Julien Sublet uke, and later that day I made a comment or two to my husband about what a fine instrument it was. I never dreamed that he would turn around and commission an ukulele from Julien for my birthday (a notable birthday ending with a zero). But he did, and I've enjoyed playing this exquisite object daily since receiving it. And when I'm not playing it, it hangs beautifully from my wall. I'm a very lucky woman to have such a sweet husband, and for having an instrument made by Julien Sublet!

While still dreaming of one day owning one of Julien's guitars, we are very happy owners of his ukuleles - a most gorgeous looking and beautiful sounding instrument we could not be happier with it. Plus, Julien himself is a true gem to work with and to know. I can not say enough of the joy this instrument (and knowing its maker) brings us on many levels.
