(December 24, 2019, 1:06 pm)I recently purchased a set of Bauer Reactor 9000 goal pads from HockeyMonkey.ca (L’Expérience MonkeySports in Montreal). When they arrived, the pads had two RIGHT thigh guards and was missing the Velcro calf strap for the left leg. I made several attempts to contact HockeyMonkey. ca with no reply, even after 12 days!! So I reached out to JRZ, who originally made the Bauer Reactor 9000 goal pads, and asked if they could produce the missing Velcro calf strap for me. In one week I had a calf strap delivered to my house in Ontario! Now THAT is customer service for you! Thank you guys so very much!!
