No frills but excellent quality food. It looks dull as a dogs breakfast but there are few other places in Quebec city where you can get simple cafeteria food at such low proces. Sandwishes, hot meals, drinks and more. You wouldn't come here for a birthday party but you would come here 3 times a week for work lunches.

Affordable ready-made meals in a wide variety. I've had their sandwiches, their Tao chicken, spaghetti, poutine, even sushis, and everything is always good. Just remember to not arrive around noon on weekdays if you want a place, a lot of people grab their lunch there on weekdays.

Tasty, not that expensive and pretty good selection that changes every week.

Friendly service. Convenient, budget friendly. The good is much better than what I could get at my University back home. Convenient to the park and other locations. I had the spaghetti and it was good.
