Melba is extraordinary, if you search for a high-quality restaurant in Quebec City, you found it! The menu is marvelous, changing every week and offering a really complex and exciting plates! The team is welcoming, really kind and helpful. Refined design and comfortable pieces create a warm ambience. Our new favorite for special occasions!
very good
Frankly pleasant experience, especially considering that they have only been open for two weeks.
The dishes were all very well executed and balanced. I particularly recommend the chicken quenelle, the endive salad and the reinvented mimosa eggs. The char, however, disappointed me a bit.
The premises signed Apparatus architecture is magnificent and allows you to create a warm and intimate atmosphere. The service was friendly and accommodating. I will definitely go back there.
This modern French restaurant is a gem! The midcentury-inspired decor is extremely elegant, the seating is comfortable (so rare in design-forward restaurants), and the food is quite simply impeccable. The menu takes inspiration from French cuisine, but don’t expect old-fashioned presentations and heavy sauces here: everything is fresh, the presentations are colorful, and every dish is rich in textures and complementary flavors. This is a “shared plates” restaurant and the menu is short, which means you can order several dishes and have an excellent feel for the place in one sitting. The attentive, friendly, experienced staff is the icing on the cake!
This will soon be the talk of the town, so keep your eyes peeled for dates at the end of each month when the restaurant opens their reservations for the next month because I expect tables will fill up in minutes.
Wow brand new brand new. The Battuto's brother, and it lives up to it. The service was impeccable throughout the evening. We were able to taste almost the whole menu at 4, it was good to share. A favorite for the dauphine potatoes, scallops and char steak. The cocktails were good, and the Noctem beer was delicious!! Super well located in Saint-Sauveur and the decor was really beautiful. And for the type of restaurant, the price was really reasonable.
