Caron Guay recently replaced all of the exterior doors and windows of our residence. We want to highlight the professionalism of the entire team, from sales (understanding of needs) to installation and follow-up by service (for 2 small details). Excellent service from start to finish. Good advice, competitive prices and undeniable quality. Our installers were courteous, professional and thorough. We had a minor breakage in one of our products and the after-sales service was impeccable! I have no hesitation in recommending. 140-08343

Lies about the installation date. We are constantly pushed back and no one seems sorry. We were promised early December and so far it seems to be January 17th....
Price increase upon signing.
Difficult to get answers when communicating with them.
Hurry to finish. Basically anything.

I do not recommend!

Update after installation:
I'm increasing my rating from 1 star to 4 stars because the installers did a pro job! They were able to accommodate me and make the installation faster. The work was completed yesterday and we are happy. Thanks to Jonathan and his team!
