(November 22, 2022, 11:29 am)You’ll need to take a second look at your queuing process because it’s not working well. How does it feel for someone to queue for an hour only to be told that the product or handset he/she is looking for isn’t available? That’s simply not right. It’s important to have a staff member at hand who will respond quickly to some simple and generic questions such as the availability of a product so there will be no need to join a line if we don’t need to. Or simply display unavailable products/handsets as they become unavailable. Thank you
