After a water damage, I contacted my insurance and was referred to Steamatic. First, I want to point out that the staff is amazing. Special mention to the receptionist who is always in a good mood and which is partly the reason for my 5 stars! My questions were always answered in a timely manner, however the work takes a little longer given the high demand. The day after the incident, Nancy called me from her personal number and immediately put me at ease. She remained available at all hours for whatever the problem. We came the next day, opened part of the ceiling of my bathroom and installed dehumidifiers. The job was done well. Regarding the reconstruction, the deadlines were too long, so I had to call on someone else. All companies are overwhelmed at the moment, my service for what I got was excellent. I recommend them. 👍

The staff did a very good job when I had an emergency. On the other hand, the costs incurred seem to me abnormally high. These fees may be standard on the market, but the fact remains that I find them disproportionate to the tasks performed.
