Being from the US, I don’t speak much french, luckily Jessica from the balloon department spoke English. Since I was not in person, we spoke over the phone which sometimes can be difficult to understand one another or explain what I was looking for. I will say, Jessica was amazing!!! Her customer service skills was 100!!! Her English skills , her patients, knowledge and willingness to assist was greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help Jessica! I will absolutely recommend working with you to others, as I too, will hopefully have the opportunity to work with you in the future.

The choice is incredible. Prices are very good. Only negative remark is about the way people are processed. Hard to really know where to go for balloons. Had to wait 30 min to get served for balloons. I suggest ordering in advance
