He explains clearly and in detail everything he sees, whether it is things to change/renovate immediately, later or just prevention. His report is detailed and with beautiful photos, and he even provides additional documentation for the maintenance of the house and various standards. I will recommend it to anyone who needs to have it inspected. Thank you Alan!
