Great customer service and these locks fit very well. Not much room to try to pry them off at all. The lock is pointed in a hard to try to break it direction and very very pick resistant design. I was hesitant at the price at first but they are well made and sturdy. Definitely worth the price over stuff that can be defeated in seconds with prybars.

I accidently ordered a King pin lock the fits the standard 5th wheel pin box with a non-slider hitch. As soon as I called Amplock to tell them my short box problem requiring a slider hitch, Vanessa was able to direct me to the King pin lock that fits a Pullrite slider utilizing the Pullrite wedge. She sent me a Loomis return label and ordered a Loomis pick up of my lock to exchange with the one she was sending out the next day by Loomis. The BRP 2516 is an amazing lock and well worth the price if you value your trailer. I called customer service with a minor problem which was promptly addressed by Vanessa who was the most pleasant and knowledgable customer service rep I have ever dealt with. Yes, they have a phone number and prompt service without being put on and endless hold. They deserve 10 stars for their old fashioned customer service.

I ordered the wrong coupler only to find out 3 months after receiving it (my travel trailer was in winter storage at that time) but they still offered exchange it to the correct one, free of charge even reimbursing me the difference!
