I want to share the benefits of my meetings accompanied by Claudine.
I received certain treatments such as Reiki, access to bars, treatments that also place us on the line of our present, past, future, which was very interesting in my personal discovery.
The treatments take place with so much gentleness and human warmth that it is easy to open up.
And to move forward in the journey that the int needs and that suits us.
I wanted to take one step at a time and the experience was beneficial to my well-being.

I am very grateful to have chosen Claudine to accompany me in my approach. I was looking for help in order to understand my resistances because I needed to blossom more and this, in my life in general. I was immediately drawn to the coaching/Reiki duo at Labelle Énergie. In just a few sessions, I made an extraordinary evolution. In a very benevolent way, she knows how to take us where we need to go to work to free ourselves in order to be able to create a new reality.

Meeting Claudine changed my life!
In the summer of 2021 I was working from home at a job that I knew was not going to last and I was feeling like there has to be more to life than this and for some reason the word Reiki kept popping up in my mind. I knew nothing about Reiki but yet I felt like I needed to take courses, strange because I’d never even had a Reiki treatment, but this feeling was so strong. So, I searched locally for a Reiki practitioner that offered classes, I called the 1st found locally and I did not feel good about the verbal exchange with this person. Then I found Labelle Energie, however it was all the way in St-Jean (a little over one hour away), I decided that the distance would be ok, and I used the chat now button to book an appointment.
Claudine replied by asking if it was ok if she contacts me so we can talk…I usually cancel appointments because I become unsure of myself but this time, I said yes, please contact me! One of the best decisions of my life! Claudine was so kind and understanding, no judgment, not trying to “fix” me, she just listened. I felt like this was a safe space for me.
Getting to St-Jean for my 1st appointment was nothing less than a mess, tons of road detours that brought me deep in farmland where I had no clue where I was and almost made me abort the mission! But I am glad I didn’t because my 1st meeting with Claudine was unlike anything I’ve ever felt. I usually don’t focus so well and when I receive information, it usually leaves my brain pretty soon after but not this time. Everything Claudine said resonated and made total sense to me. I want to say “what a chance meeting” but I don’t feel this was chance, this was supposed to happen! During my 1st treatment (I booked 4 right away) I didn’t feel anything except for peace but when it was over… I felt fantastic! Claudine had warned me to take a moment in my car because some feel like they are in the “vapes”, boy she was right…what a fantastic feeling. I saw a different view of the world and the landscape was just beautiful, I felt so wonderful, it all looked so wonderful. During my drive home, I stopped at McDonald’s for lunch…it was the best French fry I ever had lol!!
My next 3 sessions were a bit different, I had a few things to work on and sort, but all left me with an overwhelming feeling of love, for myself and others, peace, and endless possibilities for what lies ahead for me. All the negative self-talk was and is being replaced with kind affirmations and thoughts: I am smart, I can do anything I desire, I am enough, I am worthy, I can do it, I am a great mom!
My position at work was recently abolished, and despite losing my employment, I am grateful for Reiki because instead of feeling despair, I feel possibilities and I know that no matter what happens, my family and I will be great!
Now, I am happy to say that I have completed Level II Reiki and Reiki is a huge part of my life, I use Reiki everyday on myself and others and hope to open my business in the near future.
I have noticed that my “change” has made a remarkable difference in our family life. My children are calmer and seem more peaceful and happier, my husband also seems calmer and even he is using Reiki methods when he feels overwhelmed. I’ve even noticed that I don’t quite use the same language as before, my words are kinder.
I used to think and say “I don’t have time to take care of myself”, I just didn’t make the time. Now I take time here and there out of my day to breathe, close my eyes and meditate and I even involve my children! What a great feeling and a true gift to myself and my loved ones. I am becoming my true me!
To all you wonderful people wondering if this is right for you or if it’s on your mind, I would say, try it and see, if it’s not then you will in the very least have a nice, peaceful moment!
