Melissa provided an amazing service, she brought many pairs to try since I was not sure which ones I wanted and also she was with me from the moment I step in the store until I’ve purchased what I was looking for. Overall amazing experience.

They have better customer service than little burgundy (next door). The personnel was really helpful, he let me know when they will have more on stock for models that were sold out. And they tell you what sizes they have available. Very professional, definitely will go shop again next time!

At the end of January, I was at the store to buy a handbag as a birthday gift. The two gentlemen working there gave me white glove service. I was truly blown away by their level of effort and attention to detail. It is one my best customer experiences in any retail environment.
