Great customer service!

This is not the first time that I go to Ernest to buy some clothes. They carry quality items at reasonable prices. I have found the staff to be consistently knowledgable and extremely helpful. Whether I was being served by Felix a longtime employee or by Christine, the store's manager. They ask good questions regarding my preferences and bring you not only the items you are looking for but also the appropriate accessories to help you visualize the final look. Once I have selected some items, they took some brief measurements to make the necessary adjustments free of charge. What I appreciate most is that at no time did I feel like there is any pressure to buy. And should they not have the exact item you are looking for they see if they can get it from another store. Thank you Felix, Christine and the rest of the staff for all of your excellent service.

I went there to refresh my working wardrobe and was served by Jean. He was quick to probe my taste and was spot on with his size estimate. The shopping experience was relaxed yet efficient. Everything went smoothly, delays (tailoring and ordering) were explained beforehand and the overal experience felt very transparent and personalized. Glad I don't live nearby, otherwise I'd go there all the time and go broke. Highly recommend this little outlet for how great the service was.
