Beautiful place with an amazing view, gym, terrace with many BBQs and a big indoor and outdoor parking. Excellent customer service with Cindy, she’s always there to listen and quickly responds to tenants wants and needs. She’s an excellent manager ! You can’t go wrong if you chose Le marquis, I highly recommend this place !

Very nice place to live. I have had very little issues so far and Cindy is very helpful in solving the minor issues I've had. Been living here for more than a year and no regrets. Nice location, next to a bus stop and a 15 minute drive to downtown Montreal.

Very nice building, parking and gorgeous rooftop in bonus. Cute gym.
Service is fast (maintenance) when you need it, Cindy is a good manager and listen to your needs.
