Very good place for jogging or for walking, but not on a hot day, because it is a new park and all trees are too small and can't offer any significant shadow. Some playground for kids will be nice, because I didn't find any playgraund in this area, the closest one is the Lémery Park (about 1 km) or another option is Louviers Park (1.2 km). Dog park is marked as a separate area on Goggle Maps but it is a part of Lautrec Park. Here you can find a water fontain for your dog to drink.
