(January 23, 2019, 12:19 pm)Clean, pretty interior, delicious food, tastes quite fresh, good service. Hard to put into words, but the food tastes different than typical Chinese food in the states. Different in a good way! It's like the flavors of the meats and vegetables have a purer taste, and instead of a mashup of flavors in each forkful, each individual piece has its own separate flavor to savor.
(January 6, 2019, 2:25 pm)My general tao was overcooked and not tasty at all. My significant other ordered the salt and pepper shrimps which was ok but nothing more. Ambiance was ok but looks like they could remove a few tables so people would feel less overwhelmed.
(October 16, 2018, 10:18 pm)We travelled from Toronto to Montreal and on the way we visited theQuartier DIX30 Mall on Monday around 3.30 pm. Most restaurants at this time were closed in this mall, Restaurant Rouge was open thankfully.
The place seems High-end and clean, sweet and sour soup was amazing, main course duck meal was OK, and the fried banana dessert was fantastic for $5. I would definitely come back and try a different main dish next time.
