I had recourse to the service, complex case, of Late Flight following the cancellations of trips to the South with the Air Canada agency. An employee gave me the tools to get my ticket reimbursed.
After more than 4 years we were able to get a refund for 2 tickets for a flight from Milan which was canceled! I had several communications with the company during 4 years and despite complications with Air France they were able to find a solution and always be available to help us. What a joy to have finally received the refund!
Nice variety of locally brewed beer (loved Kilt beer). Very good food with local spin to it.
