First time shopping at CAS. I entered into a live chat with agent Miguel who was extremely helpful. Once our chat required more interaction he called me immediately and I was able to make my entire purchase over the phone with his help.

Excellent service, top professionals, best prices. It was our 1st visit to that store, we met Michel Mercier who helped us with clear information on the products. The delivery guys were the most professional we ever experienced too. Strongly recommend this store!

I'd never shopped here before, and didn't know what to expect... to my pleasant surprise the experience was excellent! Miguel allowed us to browse without shadowing us, and as soon as we had questions he was there to help. The sale itself had no pressure, and asked if we were interested in the extended warranty, and when we said no, that was the end of it.

Delivery was just as smooth. A 4 hour window, a call about an hour before delivery, and a website that lets your track where you are in the delivery queue.

Couldn't have asked for a better/easier experience.
