(December 21, 2018, 5:36 pm)I'd never shopped here before, and didn't know what to expect... to my pleasant surprise the experience was excellent! Miguel allowed us to browse without shadowing us, and as soon as we had questions he was there to help. The sale itself had no pressure, and asked if we were interested in the extended warranty, and when we said no, that was the end of it.
Delivery was just as smooth. A 4 hour window, a call about an hour before delivery, and a website that lets your track where you are in the delivery queue.
Couldn't have asked for a better/easier experience.
