Excellent front desk service, however there were no seats available when waiting

Me and my husband brought our 4 month old here for a hearing test. It was more expensive than I thought it would be. 55$ for a quick test. The test is fast, which is good. The woman who performed the test knew how to speak English, but would only speak French with my husband. I did not understand anything she was saying and it would have been nice to know what she was explaining. When you work with people and you are bilingual, why would you skip the oppurintuty to speak so that everyone can understand you? Not impressed.

Pour des prothèses auditives c'est la place et le service est bien.
