(February 28, 2022, 9:07 pm)We chose this company based on the many positive reviews on Google, but I was a little disappointed. The team of 4 movers arrived late and with only a few protective mats, although I had been assured that they would have plenty. The team was inefficient and disorganized to fill the truck, so the move took a long time (and we pay by the hour of course!). Despite their delay, they took 90 minutes of lunch; the move, which should have been completed before supper time, was concluded in the evening. At least the furniture was well wrapped to protect it, the staff courteous, and nothing was damaged. In short, I expected better, but it could have been worse too.
