Great place with heavy duty stuff.No pressure from salesman.

I shopped around the website before visiting 3 different Fitness Depot retail locations and settled on buying my CrossBox parts, rubber mats and extra gym stuff from this one.

The service was great from all 3 guys I had interactions with. I picked everything up except one attachment. It took longer to get shipped to the store from the corporate warehouse (I think), but it was delivered to my door, so I got to assemble everything early instead of having to wait for that one piece.

All the Northern Lights CrossBox stuff I bought was of great quality, finish and soldering, wrapped in thick plastic bags. One sleeve of the axle bar didn't exactly fit my calibrated plates from another company but a bit of sanding down fixed it.

Great service depending on what day you go. The manager is very helpful.
