Now, 15 years on, and after my move back to Nova Scotia, Canada, the chair is still fully functional, despite having sustained my - on average - 10-hour working day, 6 days a week during all that time, and without requiring any maintenance. These chairs really have your back - in terms of comfort they are second to none. Purchased a powered standing desk from them about a year ago. The one leg stopped working so the desk was stuck at the lowest height. They sent a replacement which fixed the issue. This has now happened 3 times. My desk works for maybe a couple months at a time now.

****Update - They sent me a brand new model of the desk and it works great. Customer service was excellent.
