Four Stars; only because this is my first property purchase and I have nothing to measure against! I was recommended by a friend and am truly not disappointed. Beginning at 9am; the interior followed by the common spaces and then the exterior or the building. What could have been a simple once over of a semi basement condo I opted for the condo plus building and common spaces; a little more expense but peace of mind and financial implication of owning a property. The inspection was performed thoroughly and by an informative and knowledgeable inspector. Inspection was available in both French and English; I opted for English. We spent close to 3 and a half hours from top to toe. My realtor was impressed and I can only express my gratitude and know that in the future I will again use their services.
