We did business with Habitations Patenaude to have our exterior cladding done on the back facade of our duplex in Montreal. The team arrived on time and finished 1 day early. They did a superb job, they even exceeded our expectations: with the addition of coating to hide the drain of our air conditioning. The team was really friendly and professional, but above all very competent. We found the price-performance ratio to be fair and adequate. We will certainly do business with them again in the future, and we highly recommend Patrick and his team for any construction / renovation work. A big thank you to the team!

New construction carried out in 2016. The rough (wooden frame), the steel beams (numerous), the installation of the windows and the preparation of the concrete slabs in the basement, garage and balconies were carried out. The team's work was largely good. I recommend that the contractor closely follow up each day. A detailed contract discussing the quantity / ratio of certified workers and apprentices on the site in writing. When busy in the busy construction season, it is easy to hire cheaper apprentices. I agree, you have to learn somewhere. However, they must benefit from close supervision by the contractor in order to ensure the quality of the work carried out. This is why their number must be limited. Carl knows his job well and he is honest. I would trust him for another project.

We hired them to do the renovations for our commercial space of over 10,000 square feet. Professionals and easy communication. I recommend them.
