They don't try to upsell you anything and give you all the options from more than adequate patches to the full replacement letting you know the pros and cons of each. Open garage allows you to watch them work and confirms that no monkey business is going on. Prices are excellent and for a few items that I checked for online where more expensive. Wish there where an extra star to give because it's rare to find an honest and super friendly garage.
