Great team that's where I work
I discovered the place a few years ago. I discovered Danièle who was there at the time. A collective kitchen leader who had an extraordinary drive. Like Yolande when I was doing collective kitchens in Drummondville. I encourage everyone to try collective kitchens and give a financial boost if they can.
We often think that collective kitchens are for "poor people", but to break social isolation, I can confirm that this is a good place. I also know that in Saint-Hubert / Longueuil there is sometimes a community dinner for special occasions or events. The last time I was there, I chatted with interesting people.
I already participated in a workshop to learn how to decorate a cake with fondant and another workshop to learn how to make chocolate truffles! It was super interesting. I learned a lot of things. In addition, it is really not expensive to register for a workshop! It's really worth the effort! 🤗
And also. my students do an internship at the Bouffe du Carrefour every Thursday. It’s a great place to do an internship. They do a lot of varied tasks: cutting, washing fruits and vegetables, participating in making recipes to prepare dishes, packing, washing, wiping dishes, ....
My students love their internship because they feel well supervised and above all welcomed. It’s a warm place where you feel good!
Thank you for your openness! 😉
I did business with Carrefpur Food for my wedding buffet and I am super satisfied. It's good and you get what you pay for.
Varied and interesting cooking workshops for group cooking and learning new recipes.
