Highly recommend this store. Professional sales service by staff that know their stuff and excellent support by their technical Director and installers. We had a complicated installation and they found a solution efficiently and managed my project with care. Thanks to Ward and Alain for their hands on approach - an excellent experience.

The staff makes sure clients are satisfied - they take the time to explain, always professional and what is often missing with other companies is the attention paid to detail - certainly not the case with L’attiseee.

We had our wood burning stove installed on Thursday by Daniel and Alain who were absolutely unbelievable. They were professional, courteous, took the time to explain everything to us and when they left, the basement was cleaner than when they got here. What service!

Professionalism at its most!

Excellent installation, knowledgeable and honest staff, and a good variety of products: We had been searching for an energy efficient upgrade to our old ambient fireplace for two years. The main purpose was to have an alternative to our main source of heat. We talked to many different stores all the way from Granby to Laval. What stood out with L'Attisee was the fact that they listened to us, understood what we were looking for, and gave honest and accurate advice.
The price for their products and services are very good, and they offer flexible options for what work they perform. At some point, for part of the work, the representative told me that they could do it for us, but it would be more economic if we hired a contractor for that part.
Their installation team were very professional, clean, and fast. Both members of the team were very polite. They explained to me every single step of the way during the installation. They even went out of their way during the demolition, and were able to remove the old mantle without a scratch (we were told by every one that the mantle would be cut and broken). At the end, when they left, our house was as clean as it was that morning.
We are very happy that we chose l'Attisee, and we highly recommend them.
