While we all know insurance claim can, and in most case is, hectic and stressful, Paul Davis and Stephane Cere, our Paul Davis rep have made the process easy and flawless. There were inevitablly issues here and there with material, schedule, plan etc. But their professionalism, caring attitude, and willingness to accommodate made huge differences. We consider ourselves fortunate to have Stephane as our restoration expert.
Keep up the good work, Stephane. As I have said, if you can satisfy picky and demanding customer like me, you can satisfy any customer.
We would also like to their cleaning crew that had done an outstanding job cleaning up everything after the job. I wasn't expecting them to also clean the garage, the driveway, and the storage room. But they did, and did a great job. Big thumbs up.
Once again, we would be to thank Paul Davis and Stephane for all of the help. We would recommend them to anyone.
