Kevin is AMAZING!!. Very knowledgeable. Extremely customer service oriented, he is reliable, does great work & gives honest assessments. He makes great suggestions but doesn't pressure You. Have ONLY had GREAT experiences with Kevin who is quick, smart & helpful . I Was forced to deal with another employee Sunday (dec 8th) when Kevin was off. Absolute NIGHTMARE. A totally obnoxious jerk sold me wrong equipment (even though I brought my phone), he was dismissive , rude & had no clue what he was talking about. He tried to tell me I needed a new battery when all I needed was the right charger cable(he also refused to refund the product he sold me in error or give me in store credit) he refused to deal with me & if it weren't for his female colleague would have thrown me out of the store. Do yourself a favour & go Monday-Friday when Kevin is there. I am tech challenged & Kevin has always only been patient, kind, helpful & funny. After the incident on Sunday I was ready to change stores & warn the literally dozens of people I have sent there to go elsewhere, but Thank God Kevin was there today. As usual nothing is too much to ask of Kevin, he has solutions to all my tech issues with a smile & great, positive energy. He is the only tech/service agent I can trust anywhere. I wish we could clone this guy. We need more techs/customer service agents like him who actually care about their clients. Thanks so much Kevin for restoring my faith in humanity & retaining this loyal customer for your store.

Excellent service. Brought my iPhone 6 plus with a cracked screen and Kevin changed it there in front of me in 15 mins. And the price was great too. Definitely going there for any other repairs.
