Voxel Factory

From the start, my experience with Voxel Factory has been nothing short of stellar! I was kept posted on any developments with my shipment and am thoroughly enjoying my Prusa printer. The build quality is excellent and the prints are super. I did however need a replacement part, which was not the biggest of deals (the pushbutton on the lcd became fussy on mine). Despite that very minor glitch, I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Voxel Factory, as the team handled the NO CHARGE replacement in record speed. Big shout out to all the hard working, conscientious staff in both BC and QC!!!

I've made 3 online purchases through Voxels website now and have been extremely satisfied with the prompt shipping and well packaged items. This last purchase, I had a few questions and received answers the very next morning. Philippe was amazing to deal with and went above and beyond answering my questions and added in some extra advice! 100% recommend and will order from again!

Nice store for your 3D printing need. Good advice from the guy in store when I bought my printer. I'm happy I followed his advice and bought the adhesion spray. Highly recommended.

I made my first purchase online with Voxel Factory just a week ago. I chose them because of the excellent prices and because they are one of the few places to get genuine Prusa parts in Canada. The product arrived quickly and was well packed. Unfortunately there was a missing component.

Their service department was fast and responsive and quickly made things right. They also chose to remove the upgrade kit while they fix the missing parts. That is truly wonderful customer service this day and age. I highly recommend chopping for all of your 3D printing needs with Voxel Factory.
