This is my first experience in an online course, I can say that it has not been easy for me, but I have to say that I have received all the support of my teachers, they are always very willing to help us, they are always present if we have a question . In general the whole school has been very kind. As for the Secretary course that I am taking, it is very intensive, but I think I will get all the tools to perform in the field of work. I encourage you to take a course at Access, you will find support, good professionals, do not miss this opportunity.

The instructor clearly has influence and control over many of the factors that influence the quality of a course and the teaching, in many instances that influence is shared with the students. and this is the way of "Mr. Serge".
It was great that the presentations were held by him online, in this way we followed the classes carefully under his supervision in weekly basis during coaching and regular classes.
In addition, the courses were sent for all the students weekly and not have to worry about frantically take down notes and worry about not getting everything. as a summary, a very interesting course i advised you to register, and specially with Serge.

This is my first online Business class after I came in Canada and it helped a lot! the course is very practical and useful especially for those who wants to have their own Business in Canada. You will learn all the marketing strategies and teacher will kindly provide you all the resource related to business. Our professor Serge is full of patience, humorous and teaching clear and organized. If anyone has any questions in the class, he would provide us all the information we need or additional documents. Also we'll have personal tutor time once a week, if you are shy or have other questions about homework, professor Serge would try to give us more examples and lead us to finish all the homework. I'll highly recommended Serge to be your business class teacher!
