  J'ai suivi le grand Détox printanier avec Jessica Charron, j'ai adoré! C'était le moment idéal pour prendre soin de moi, pour me motiver à adopter de saines habitudes et pour me créer une routine réconfortante.   Jessica's detox program changed my life. For years, I have struggled with insomnia and hormonal imbalance. I have made so many lifestyle changes, but still lived a hectic, stressful life, filled with a constant feeling of overwhelm. When I saw that her detox program included prepared meals and fresh juices for a week, I was sold! I figured a week off of meal planning and prepping (while being able to claim her services with my insurance company) was a definite plus! It's a gentle detox program that is set up for success. Included in the program, are yoga sessions, constant support, recipes, teas, meditation and more! I decided to go all in and was open to whatever the outcome was. Within the first day or so, I already felt good. I slept better, I felt more relaxed and zen. I managed stress much better and my energy was through the roof! Overall, I felt peace and joy - it was great! Physically, my digestion improved, I no longer felt bloated and I even lost 4 lbs. My goal was not to lose weight, it was to find peace. I found it. My biggest take away was that I learned to be more mindful of what and how I was eating (eating for fuel, not because I craved something), appreciating the food I ate and just allowing myself to listen to my body - to be kind to myself. Putting this into practice and following my body's needs is all I needed to feel balanced. Guess what? Doing light yoga and eating rice (carbs) for 5 days doesn't make you fat! Ayurvedic medicine is not well known, but Jessica is an experienced practitioner and if you are looking for a holistic approach to self healing, she's the one you should call!

  Jessica Charron est une femme que tout le monde devrait connaître, je m explique:
  Simplement de la voir et d être à ses côtés cela fait du bien.
  Elle connaît très bien son travail, elle est passionnée par son travail, ce n est pas juste un travail pour elle je crois que c est plus profond, c est de vouloir aider les gens du mieux qu elle peut en donnant tout d elle.
  Ce qui est de ma part je me sens en confiance avec elle , car je crois en elle.
  C est une femme honnête et très généreuse de sa qualité de son temps qu elle nous procure.
  Je remercie la vie de me l avoir mis sur mon chemin
