LOVE the building I'm in! Great location, great quality, and it's quiet most of the time. Easily the nicest apartment I've ever lived in. No bugs or issues of any kind. Plus, the building manager is very responsive and helpful. For instance, there was a problem with my washing machine and he came to fix it first thing Monday morning. He also patiently answered my many, many questions. The landlord is also the chillest I've ever had. They let me move in early and gave me a 15% discount because of the pandemic. Great company!

I would like to modify my previous comment about the Immomarketing Inc. Mrs. Loreto Reyes and Paulina have responded to me and have resolved the situation to my satisfaction. They have ensured that I am happy and comfortable. I thank them both for their particular attention and great service.

Immomarketing Inc. bought the building I live in less than 2 months ago. With what seems very little knowledge transfer, the new on-site people have done a good job keeping the facilities relatively clean. I have had no need to call upon their services for repair or attention of my unit yet, so I cannot comment further. I have received 3 emails from their home office, with an emphasis on paying the rent. I hope our relationship grows to be more than that!
