we were here saturday afternoon around 3 and Chris went above and beyond to help us out. thank you chris!!! will come back here everytime cause we’re always served in both languages.

Some items are overpriced, but it's worth a look whenever items go on sale. Rather large store, so finding your way can be a little hard.

Useful staff, but "bait & switch" discounted product offering on the shelves (empty box only) that was out of stock. Ended buying a more expensive equivalent... This is, despite a possible honest error, very deceptive and frustrating.

I went in for an electronics exchange and received amazing service! The staff were super friendly, helpful and understanding. Would definitely go back and do my electronics purchases there again. Thanks again for the superb service.

The store was less crowded and for being the last day of the year. Was served by a gentleman who seemed to be everywhere, At the cash, in the T.V. section at customer service helping everybody and had the most pleasant smile. You can see that he was tired yet had such a positive attitude, he handed a clerk my receipt because he thought I moved down the cash line.
Still both clerks wished us a happy New Year as well as a third clerk at the door. Found everything I wanted and even more.
Thank you to the wonderful staff that worked today. It was a pleasure checking your store at yourselves out. Loved the whole store atmosphere. Cheers
