(September 8, 2020, 2:57 am)Broken down on a Saturday from a 3-day fds, arrived at VR Soulière at closing. The attendant made calls and brought in a technician who was on vacation to come and help. They provided electricity and water while waiting for parts on Saturday and Sunday. On Monday the parts arrived and Guy the technician came back (during a public holiday) for the installation (hub and wheel bearing). Impeccable service, more than reasonable price given the situation. Hats off to your mutual aid philosophy. I highly recommend encouraging them. 1000 times thank you!
