Indeed, the information on the document is imprecise. I met a couple who were as confused as I was about clues and "treasure" to find.
Moreover, when I called to obtain more information from Tourisme Île aux coudres, the person who answered me was not very courteous and understanding (condescending limit). I thought about going back to the participating store to get a refund, but I was not given a receipt.
I hope that the form will be revised because the idea is good but the product is to be worked on and the customer service would benefit from being more indulgent towards the people who participate in this activity.
