Auberge La Fascine

I ate here every night during my stay at isle aux coudres. Fresh and clean food. All their ingredients are local. The cheval trout they had was a white trout. The waiter said that it was just fished this morning. I tried the trout tartare, cheval trout dish, and the veggie burger. All were delicious. Good spot for healthy/clean eating options. They were cautious with the Covid rules to keep distance between tables and waiters wore their masks. Service was friendly. Should probably reserve in advance on a weekend since spots could fill up.

Great food, friendly service!

An incredible restaurant. My wife and I could not get over how amazing every bite was and the relaxed environment makes you want to stay and keep sampling the delightful menu. What I’d give to know the recipe for the veggie burgers!!!! I never had a trout tartare before and maybe I won’t ever again u too I return. No question, this is where you should be eating tonight.

The food is excellent, very welcoming staff too. We only stopped by for supper and ended up going twice to try another meal. The music was also great. We recommend it without hesitation !
