Definitely the most passionate person I have met in the Charlevoix region. I have not tasted my purchases yet but I recommend the visit without hesitation, you will discover the culture of saffron and understand the challenges associated with it. Very enriching, thank you to the owner for this warm welcome!

Very interesting place to visit. Owner gave us a tour and explained all the process of growing of the crocus flowers and extracting the filaments that grow inside the flower to be transformed into saffron.

Nice and interesting tour and excellent saffron products available on site. A place to visit to discover an emerging agricultural practice in Quebec!
