(July 13, 2019, 5:53 pm)Placed a big order of Hybrid Tilt and Turn widows for the cottage with Abritek. The project was complicated and we made a few adjustments along the project. Abritek customer service was extremely helpful and patient with us. The delivered goods were delivered on time, as ordered and free for defects. During installation, we damaged some hardware and cladding. Abritek was quick to send replacement so we could finish our project. From a customer point of view, this was a 5 star experience throughout the value chain. This year, we are changing windows for the house, watch out Abritek, we are coming back!!!
