(July 24, 2020, 2:03 pm)My husband and I were dying of heat in our apartment. I asked him to call and reserve the last air conditioner for us to pick up within a half hour. The salesman was kind enough to deny another offer for the unit we reserved, and for this, I wish I could give more stars. The air conditioner has cooled the entire apartment, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the service.
