Nice campsite but still needs improvement.
The addition of platforms is a nice thing because it solves the irrigation problems of certain lands but their access is not maintained we have to walk in 3 feet of "fardoche".
Also the fact of accepting trailers is for me a negative aspect. All day long it's a festival of slamming doors, passing cars and the hubbub of the occupants.
So what used to be wild tent camping is not so much anymore. But I am aware that it is a big market and that the demand is there.
The descent to the river is a passport to a trip to the hospital if you are not careful. It's steep, in clay and river pebbles, at your own risk! And the river is too low there to kayak from the campsite.
All in all a nice place for a night or for a weekend!
Correct campsite without more. Very rustic, do not forget to have a good supply of water, because there are no water points. In addition no trash bin. After rainy days, a customer has to sink on his land, the irrigation of water at the edge of the mountain not well done. To only sleep very well.
Nature, cycling and hiking lovers, we were literally charmed by this enchanting site located in the heart of nature on the banks of the Etchemin River. This little haven of peace is beautifully appointed with attention to detail. The site is bucolic, clean and respectful of the environment. We find ourselves in a beautiful energy conducive to healing. We are 15 minutes from a parking lot on the Bellechasse bike route. The owners are accessible at all times and quickly. We will be back for another stay for sure.
This is our second year at the campsite and we plan to come back next year for sure! Superb place, view of the Etchemin river, close to the Massif national park, calm and very close to nature. Access to a very clean dry toilet and firewood. I recommend ♡♡♡
