Excellent company in every way, I love my ramps which are above my expectations and the clean and courteous installation was moved forward 👍🏼👍🏼 Thank you very much :)

We did business with Escaliers de la Beauce to do the complete installation of our stair railing.

I'll start with the really good points:

1 - Follow-up and quick response from the person who came to take the measurements with us and choose the color of our future ramp.

2 - Exceptional service from the installer who came to us twice, meticulous work, a worker who cares about quality work and customer satisfaction. A big thank you to him!

3- Honest to the lady who takes interac transfers, I made a mistake when sending the money, I had sent slightly too much and quickly she called me to inform me and quickly rectify the situation.

For things to improve:

1 - The colorist service to match the colors already in place really needs to be improved. There have been several attempts without obtaining an optimal result. We understand that there is a glaring lack of manpower at several companies and this is their case, since we noticed that they were looking for a colorist. We would have appreciated more transparency at this level from the start in order to avoid disappointment.

2 - We really felt impatience on the part of an employee so that we accepted the samples given, without really worrying about our final satisfaction. We felt a rather unpleasant pressure.

Not liking conflicts, we find ourselves with a 'correct' ramp but which we will have to touch up ourselves in order to have a good result. We had taken the services of a professional since the staircase is the central part of the house and we wanted to have a wow result.

In summary, I believe that if you start from scratch without having to match colors, you will have excellent service. On the other hand, if you have to obtain a particular color, take the time to inform yourself well from the start in order to be sure of obtaining the desired results.
